Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods:

  • UPI

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD Confirmation Charge

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹100 advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order.

  • This amount is collected to ensure order authenticity.

  • COD orders will not be shipped without this confirmation payment.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • 2–4 working days for State Capitals and Metro Cities

  • 5–7 working days for Other Localities

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.

Delivery Confirmation

  • An order is considered delivered once marked delivered by the courier partner.

  • THELUXURYCARTEL is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are accepted only in cases of size issues or verified defects.

  • Returns for reasons other than size issues or defects will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be issued only if the product is not delivered or in rare approved cases as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Unpacking Video Requirement (MANDATORY)

  • A complete unpacking video from start to finish, without cuts or edits, is mandatory for any size, defect, or damage-related claim.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • The opening process

    • The product and the issue clearly

  • Claims without a proper unpacking video will be rejected.

Packaging Integrity

We are fully aware of our standard packaging process.
Any attempt to tamper with, manipulate, or alter packaging will result in immediate rejection of the return or exchange request.

Right to Refuse Service

THELUXURYCARTEL reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse COD orders that fail verification

  • Reject return or exchange claims that do not meet policy conditions

  • Make the final decision in case of disputes
