Important Notice

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.

  • Requests that do not meet these conditions will be strictly rejected.

  • By placing an order, you agree to this policy in full.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, box, tags, and all accessories must be intact

  • The product must pass our quality inspection

Requests raised after 7 days will not be considered under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Customers must contact our support team first to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. Once approved, the return address will be shared by THELUXURYCARTEL.

  3. The customer must ship the product back at their own expense.

    • All courier/shipping charges are borne by the customer

  4. The product will be inspected within 1–2 working days after we receive it.

  5. Refund or exchange will be processed only after successful inspection.

Unpacking Video Requirement (MANDATORY)

  • A complete unpacking video from start to end, without cuts or edits, is mandatory for any return, exchange, or defective/quality-related claim.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • The opening process

    • The product and the issue clearly

  • Claims without a proper unpacking video will be rejected without exception.

  • If the issue is not clearly visible in the video, the request will not be accepted.

Refund Deductions & Processing (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Refunds are initiated only after the product is received and approved.

  • Courier and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • A deduction of ₹200–₹300 per product will be applied towards courier and handling costs.

  • Only the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 working days after inspection.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and bank

Packaging Integrity

We follow strict packaging standards.
Any attempt to tamper with, replace, or manipulate packaging will result in immediate rejection of the return or exchange request.

Right to Reject

THELUXURYCARTEL reserves the absolute right to:

  • Reject any return, refund, or exchange request

  • Reject products found used, damaged, altered, incomplete, or suspicious

  • Make the final decision in case of disputes
